Was the best bet for me of the night but we still have some fun later hopefully. |

OAK
No 9 is NOT a 30-1 shot - WIN and PLACE No 11 at 7.4 is a nice price ! |
|
By:
Cork you know your onions at Penn spent last night back and forth on race 2 and ended up putting it in the dusty.
Have you any views you wish to share obviously after you have got on your selection |

for what its worth i think the 10 is the one to be on at penn r2. went close last time and imo is the best form on offer...

|
By:
get on now

Gov, spent a good while on it as well but end result was had to be a no bet race as I couldn't find anything that would make even a half decent pace so will either be a 3f sprint or a slow messy race.
The race is there to win for a jockey who can use his brain and ride his own race from the front end but decided too risky to guess who might try it. If forced to select something would probably opt for the 2 who will more than likely sit closer than most, but am happy to sit this one out financially. |

Penn Value For Me;
No 10 at 8.6 No 11 at 11's |
|
By:
Totally agree Cork
75 mins looking at that race last night 2 mins looking at the first race funny. Still I have relented and played very small having looked at odds on the 1 and 10 horses at Penn Plenty I dont like these two horses at the odds have chances small win and place bets the pair |

Penn R2
a lack of pace could be just what the #2 horse needs here. if in the mix this time, I think it will feature here. at 16's its not too expensive to find out. save on the place |
|
By:
Penn 7
|
|
By:
and a bit more on 10 at 10.5's
|

how long does it take a tote exacta to be settled?
|
|
By:
Horts gd work on the place mate
In fairness the 7 imo was never going to win that race as a 11 year old run an honest race to get you the place |

By:
DD 1

|
By:
wd horts and wanda.
really like the 3 in the next at DD. backed at 6.8 for the win. |
|
By:

By:
Lay of the #1 @ DD, not a great start tonight... But all fings crossed to make it improve!
|
|
By:
Load of money about for the #7 on here 1/2 the bf trades on it @ 9/2 5/1
|
|
By:
3 at DD looks overpriced to me
|
|
By:
Boom, god great fractions fro that #8 good ride, good win

Penn race 3 the 5 horse sets an excellent standard for these horses to run at
However these newcomers have good riders on and respectable trainers Am not sure if the fav is slightly regressing race on race but do consider 1/3 in the place market to be v gd odds if you can get any cash on for significant amounts. Usually the newcomers either show blinding speed and fade or hold on or miss the break and run on too late If its the former enough pace her for the fav to sit behind and pick a few of these off. If its the later we still have the 7 horse natural pace to toe him along Max place small win the 5 horse hardly inspired but hopefully better horses odds later on |
