it was never ever going to win only thing the jockey did wrong was one crack before straightening

If you think stewards take whip into account in the US for correction your mistaken. Correction with tack is taken into account.

the thing i don't get stevie is with the rules being super harsh why do the jockeys ride so aggressive because the slightest bump can cost you the race even if you beat that horse by 10 lengths
