Penn - as always, looking for value;

No 2 @ 9.4 looks way too big....

No 3 @ 12's the same

I suspect 7 and 4 might battle it out, but you never know.....and they aren't value in my book...

7 should lead at Penn and should win. Going to try 5 and 2 tough in the hope they get past at value prices.

#5 is a wire to wire NAP for me at odds against will go off more like a 3/5 shot imo, Barn had 2 from 2 easy winners tonight and looks to be a lone speed on paper after a sharp effort last time, only danger is bumping into a hot newbie. GL

Returned from the layoff last out with a very nice effort at this level in which she broke a bit slow but quickly moved up to take the lead before tiring a bit late to cross the wire in second, beaten by 5 1/2 lengths. The BRIS Speed rating she posted in that effort stands out in this spot and she is capable of better in her second start back. The chestnut made one other start and that was back in early November at Churchill when she finished fourth, beaten by 5 1/2 lengths, while facing $30,000 competition. The filly was claimed out of that effort and moved into the barn of trainer Brad Cox. The conditioner wins with 19% of his runners making their second start off the claim and 23% of his runners making their second start off the layoff. The filly tops the field in BRIS Prime Power and also possesses the best BRIS Class rating

I seriously respect toderav but can't have the fave at this price - simply for the "what if" scenario tod mentions, so I'm a layer at 1.90

Value for me is with;

No.7 at around 11.5-12

Worried about lack of obvious pace at Penn, so think this could be a slow run race suiting those with pace to get to front. I think 6 if fit from break fits the bill and a save on the 7 at the price.

Jazzycat
When: 02 Feb 12 23:23
Jeez...... won on the lay of the fave, but 7 coming 2nd at 11-1 was a wounder - I thought he was nailed on if the fave didnt get it

2 and 10 for me at Penn

Med wins med places the pair good odds these in a poor race

Penn - absolutely no value that I can see in the win market, but this caught my eye;

No. 7 @ 6.8 TO PLACE looks good to me !!!!!!1

I strongly fancy 6 to go wire to wire as lack of early speed in this race. 3 as a saver.
