that 1a at turfway that won was a picable winner imo but somebody got £4 at 300-1 on betfair wished it was me lol
I wonder what possesses someone to lay a horse at that price. I'm not doing turfway so can't comment on that horse, but still.
4 @ GP is a massive lay for me stepping up from winning an awful maiden to a GROUp 3 against seasoned campaigners will be suprised if its good enough

It has been a VERY long time since I've been here, but hey.... nice to see a few familiar faces...
For those I've never met, I'm the value long-shot finder - trying to find the potential winners which are too over-priced, or very occasionally, the short priced favourites worth opposing....
Fingers crossed for tonight :)
Here's my first;
6 At Turfway @ around 2.5 seems too short for me and worthy a small lay, given the potential threats of a few others.
I normally go for long-shot winners, but can't resist this lay

jbarnes - I see where you're coming from, but given the odds of the potential surprise packages, I just feel the value isn't with the fave - although, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it wins, just not value for me
The festive period just wouldn't be the same without the darts on SKY.........

Kicked off in the darts, Hamilton kicked Whitlock in the leg.
Awful darts starts so late for the crowd. A sunday, hard to get home and 2nd semi still not started.

Sunland race 9 is a tough race but No6 has the best form having finished 3rd to a pair of horses who would be 2.50 or less in this race. 8.00+ is too big to miss
