SEA - I was showing a 9k green book on Vole. The others were winning me 3k. The fav was a Red for me. I've made errors in the past were I laid at 110's instead of 11's. Cost me bigtime. Betfair NEVER refunded me or would even listen to my side. Today they change their rules. A proper investigation is required into this. The whole episode stinks to the core. We all know it was an error but were does one draw the line.
