I wanted to back No7 at Zia at a big price in The Battle of the Rats Stakes but the tote board didn't help
30/1 morning line was a bit deceptive as the strength of the race was the pair od reserves who didn't run - but I thought I'd get 10 or 12/1
I very much agree Blue. I suspect No3 might be to good for these but 11.00+ would be generous on No4 on his best form
Most of these look better over further while 4 looks an out an out sprinter
I think he has the speed to coipe with 6F. He just has to get outside 1+2+4 and get first run on No7 - simples . . . in theory
had too much for No7 - I am surprised King Ken used that horse on the pace
Easy for 3. How long has a mile and a sixteenth been 4 and a half furlongs more than 6 furlongs? DD not so hot on maths or distances imo
Looks between 321 at TUP. I dont bet patient jake and dont rate vicky baze so got to be the 3 even with rusty shaw on board.

think this #7 is worth a pop at around 5/4, cant see a lot of speed on here and is fit from cali, has a decent wire to wire chance for me back on dirt. GL

awful krisk was much the best imo grrr gd work on the 10 at penn undone a little by that 3 horse
PENN trying the 3 for a final small bet ... looks overpriced to me hopefully some value
next at penn is an awful race to call
The 3 horse off a monster layoff better at further the 10 horse last time folded tamely and has 6 wk layoff the 4 has been speed used its last twice and finished tired. These are the fancied runners all with major doubts
Dont like the 1 horse much either though in truth the more I look at this horse the more I am happy enough to have this as a major player in comparison to the other 3 horses mentioned above
The 6 horse just had the 2 years off so g0d knows what state this horse will be in
For that reason alone have sided with the 2 horse who you have to forgive two average runs over a trip too far but maybe these have been used as prep races
You go back to 2010 and he has 3 wins over the 6f at Penn 25,000 md 40,000 and allw 24,500 as well as a win at a mile.
This has a better chance imo than the market suggests med win med place the 2 horse Penn

This next dare I say it is at the mercy of the 1 horse at Penn
Can be rated off the speed or as is likely he can control soft fractions from the front looks much the best either way odds against looks a gift for this horse.
