Streaming Problems

When clicking in on a US horse stream, there's never a problem at first. But sometimes when I skip to the next race the stream won't start and instead I get the voice message: "blah blah blah please contact your blah blah provider for a new link to this race course... cough"

It's ridiculous as it happens every single night.

Anyone with the same experience and maybe som help of advice?
