Used to be morning line prices for reduction factor but now i believe they make them up(timeform maybe?) according more to what they think the price might be.
Its never been fair on US racing as non runners arent always removed from markets before the race.

The new morning lin prices are a joke. The US morning line prices where fine.

yeah reduction factor is a joke,
from your example, #15 has a 23.1% reduction........ from what figure!!!! is that before or after #14 reduction factor .......then you have #16
if 12 out of 16 runners were to get scratched, would that mean our bet has now become a losing bet before the race has started!
pmsl........ very confusing

Race 4 PID #1 was around a 12/1 shot to actually run and didnt get removed from market at all. Shorty backers left with a 24.8% reduction which pushed the odds on the winner to no better than the tote return without the commission.
