I've heard that often there is a lag between the off and BF close in the US racing giving the fast pic people an advantage. How much is this an issue? Im could tolerate a bit with laying but not too keen on fast piccy boys taking a lay when the race is well underway and a leader well established etc
Ive sometimes noticed a delay of about a second so if thats a problem then cancel bets as stalls start loading. It has been known for the button presser to forget to close the market at the off but bets after the off will usually be voided if that happens.

An old post in this forum hinted at 3-5 seconds with some fast piccy people systematically picking off lays / backs well into the race. Seemed a bit extreme?

Given I'm at work or asleep often during US racing and leave lays up to be taken through to the off I need to know that lags are minimal.

I'm jusr testing a few things. There is some very smart money in US racing - much smarter than me - so generosity with early lay prices would not be a advisable
