Ive sometimes noticed a delay of about a second so if thats a problem then cancel bets as stalls start loading.
It has been known for the button presser to forget to close the market at the off but bets after the off will usually be voided if that happens. |

An old post in this forum hinted at 3-5 seconds with some fast piccy people systematically picking off lays / backs well into the race. Seemed a bit extreme?
I've sometimes noticed some aggressive backers grabbing backs and lays right on the off - like backing an unloved long shot right on the off against any previous interest that have made me wonder if they had seen it jump out well from the gate and take the lead for a few seconds. Given I'm at work or asleep often during US racing and leave lays up to be taken through to the off I need to know that lags are minimal. |

Do you ever get anything matched as I just had a quick scan thru the races for tonight and couldnt find a book under 200%!! Did you used to be a bags greyhound bookmaker?

no and no - don't get a lot matched - don't expect to - pretty selective

I'm jusr testing a few things. There is some very smart money in US racing - much smarter than me - so generosity with early lay prices would not be a advisable
