with the new charge am i right in thinking it doesnt change like the premium charge?
eg im on 40%+commision where as with the premium charge i rarely paid it as my total charges always around 21% |

was expecting this #10 to be an odds on shot so at around 7/5+ is a NAP for me. moves from a 6% barn and runs first time for a decent stable after showing decent figs in better races than this. hopefully takes them wire to wire. GL |
