Hello all
hard going tonight for me. I thought the best two chances at Presque Isle were the maiden winners in races 2+4 but the markets were dead. |
By:
Presque Isle race 5
all these have question marks including my pick No5 who is a 'Tapeta virgin'. I still think 5.00+ is a fair price for a small wager |

Seems okay q but considering he was a jockey and was hannon's either stable or number 2 jock for a time just not a particularly knowledgable guy on the US front.
Mind you I can hardly string a winner together of late |

By:

I've backed No5 at 6.00 but fear No4 as her form was franked earlier tonight
By:

By:
thanks mr. q.. i have backed #2 and #5

By:
Does the person who's put all those 1.01's to lay in every US race tomorrow have to put them all manually or is there a short cut to save time.
By:
god knows....! i often wonder myself...

No5 wins at PID from No2
No2 may have been cursed there as I think she was squezed badly at the start |
By:
wd q
Think I will back you and Jas blind if this 1 gets beat at Penn surely it just cracks out and makes all no pace pressure in my eyes. Should get an uncontested lead |
By:
thanks mr q .. imo you are the best at PID.. cigar was lit at furlong marker

Another question as I wait for race 7 at PID
If the reduction factors have ben modified, on what basis race 7 No1 is a scratch but not took out as yet. 1 and 1a were both 7/2 ML but someone has decided No1 a 12.20 and 1a a 17.90% reduction. Fair enough if someone has done it on form but No1 was a 500/1 shot in that race so if you're going to tweak the reductions, do it properly. |
By:
MR Q, you can get a bot that will place the 1.01 bets for you.. check out the developer or ask in general betting (if they get time to answer you in midst of all the PC uproar that has happened today)

MrQ you shouldn't have to tweak reduction if the right rules are adopted at the host track
NYRA late scratch rules should be in effect everywhere bettors who back the entry all the way to favoritism were clearly backing the 1A, he gets withdrawn at the gate and they are stuck holding the bag if one part of the entry is a late scratch then the number should be taken down from the board (the other part can race for purse only) I have no idea what the various racing authorities are thinking at times, but looking after the best interest of the betting public is definitely not it |
