Anybody like to hazard a guess as to what is happening here.
I have a internet connection with Virgin media using one of their new Super HUb Moden/Router gadgets. I have a PC and a Laptop both wired connection sat next to each other on the desk both logged on to Betfair, both on the last race at Charlestown on the Betfair Video. The laptop a HP 4K Ram 250G HD machine is 5 seconds behind the PC on the streaming , both running the same Vista Home system.
Any whizz kids in the IT department explain this for me , before my head really starts to hurt.
Many thanks
