Sheesh! This reduction factor seems a bit out of kilter
Anyone know what it was in the 23.00 at Penn? I backed an odds on chance £80 at 1.47 to win £37-38. There must have been a late NR (I missed it if there was)and it paid 1.15. What freakin price was the NR for that much of a reduction - risking £80 to win £11 ain't my idea of a bet tbh?

the reduction factors are absolute rubbish, the number of times i back something at 5 it goes down to 3.7. the moment the market opens up its 4.5 bout time something was done about this con,

no expert me and the slop makes it tricker still but the 6 would be my call steppin up mineshaft will want this mile trip
6 for me at Indy think there will be enough pace on for this to sit off the speed and outstay the 8 coming home

That is strange Bsmith - I backed it at the 1 minute warning, the price was clearly 1.47 (it auto worked out the winnings were £37.60 (or thereabouts)). Yet it returns 1.15. I cannot for the life of me see how this reduction is in any way valid
If BF included a NR in the show, it would have to have been long odds on to justify such a reduction, yet the horse I backed was long odds on itself. Crazy

Cant be massively confident as we have newcomers and a shipper in the 6 from Parx but do fancy this to prevail tonight
Med win med place bet

The 8 horse looks rock solid win and place this would be my main selection
Have had a saver on the 5 horse who I think can run better than its recent form suggests
Both will look to be off the speed just fancy the 8 to lie a little closer early on.
Think the 4 will bounce off its first race back win after having 18 months off
2 has obvious chances but am taking the 8 as a place banker and med win as my main bet

'Retirement' is going well thanks Stig. Had my best six weeks yet, so I'll try not to jinx it by starting to post here again... You still laying down the law on the forum??
(Oh, and wd Seagram on the place banker!)

Horses that belong to one owner or under one trainer running in the same race. They are not coupled on Betfair. If u bet with the bookies u have both running for u

Speed speed speed here with plenty of front runners at Penn
Am a little concerned by the price of the 5 horse Who I believe is a max place banker med win bet
Top jockey on board will sit off the pace wants at least a mile and the quicker they go the better here so am hoping for the anticipated speed battle early
Otero is top jockey at Penn
