i like gracies  hope next hawth 1st 3 runs over 6 furlongs ran down the field,last time out over this course and distance it won fav looks ,dodgy i also layed no 7 in the place  market  1.77 gracies wont be out of the 1st 3[;)]

Personally see no reason to desert the 8 horse has beaten the 7 and now gets a 3lb allowance as the 7 jockey puts up some overweight.

Lightly raced seemed to vastly improve for step u in trip posted excellent time on a gd track, top jockey and has some reasonable speed at shorter trips should the early fractions be slow

The race lacks depth imo respect Jas the Hawthorne guru and the 2 but the rest look pretty poor and exposed.

thought 7 was going to fold like a deck of cards when the other horse joined it, it just found a bit more MAYBE 1 TO LOOK OUT FOR NEXT TIME,i wont be laying it next time thats for sure

the trainer's stats are excellent at the track and this field is poor to say the least. His horses are usually well prepared on debut. Just a shame the place is only 1/2!

can someone tell way no 1 [:o]is favorite next at hawth it  has ran twice result  6th of 11   and 6th of 10 trainer 12th in the top trainers list and jockey 12th in the top jockey list this horse hasnt really got much going for it

Tend to agree with book on the 1 being the clear fav

However a newcomer could be dangerous

Also have a sneaky suspicion the 8 could run a massive race tonight at big odds

with jas and oj on lay of #1... 5 most likely winner imo

For me, the 1 improved on its 6f debut when stepped up to a mile on its only other run,well backed to improve. Ran decent sectional and reasonable time so fancy the experience to count against the 5 which is my biggest fear on its debut. Just my opinion but thats what its all about.

However down in class bred by royal academy would suggest the 6f would be too short fto.

Has improvement in him his time over 1m 1/2f isnt shocking maybe more the lack of strength in the field

Personally unless the 5 is good believe the 1 will win matter of opinions I guess one of us will be correct

Throw in Hedgehunter, Bsmith , Gracie, treetop, MrPlacepot  he loves Santa Anita or somewhere like that

They can churn and burn some good winners I would probably make this list as well but we all have gd bad days

I will take note of these names governor thanks,as treetop says you guys know the time of day,it wont take you to long on here to no who to look out for,sometimes even just take a back seat and wait for the big boys to post and then just follow in might be the best way to play the us racing[;)]

Small on the 2 for me at ED, worried about books 1 though ,puts me off a heavier bet.

My advice would be to download the form and make your own decisions about what to back/lay.  I cant believe anyone can survive longterm blindly following forum tips .

Fear it has not gone over the distance book,otherwise 2 from 3 is fair form in the race. Tricky for me.
