TBF I did well at the pub.
When I started it was doing £2K per week. When I left it was doing £6-7K per week. (My mate was well chuffed) |

its very difficult in the pub trade at the moment you probably got out at the right time.

TC - it was in a place called Darlaston in the "black country" (the midlands)
It wasn't my pub I just ran it for a mate. I was really enjoying it but a job came up that I couldn't turn down. (too much money) If I had actually owned the pub I would have stayed there. (makes a tidy profit) I have actually owned pubs in the past then sold them on after building the trade up. (long hours though) |

CASHINVEST - if you actually are "free of tie" then you can make a lot of money. (if you are not then you struggle as the brewery tend to pub the price of barrels up quite often.)
