MrPP, beyers are not what they used to be, still useful yes but you have to apply with caution. They have introduced "fudge" factors to deal with the synthetics (similar to turf) and the numbers have lost a lot of their relevance as a result. The other thing you have to watch is HOW the beyer was earned, not just the nominal number.

MrPP, IMO there is no "most important" factor, every situation is uniquely different and the "weight" you assign to various factors may vary quite a bit. There's no silver bullet......
