We being serious? To go around the outside, you have to travel further and so you would go on the inside if there was room. Therefore if the horse has come from the outside, he must be behind at the turn and then has to travel further, so if he does this from behind and comes level, he is clearly showing more speed than the inside horse and goes on past. The only exceptions are when the inside horse rerallies or the outside horse goes too soon.

However unfair it was, I don't think they can give the race to the 1 as the winner had no part to play in the incident and imo wouldn't have got there anyway. I layed the 1 so will be fuming if he gets it.

That fav was extremly lucky, a gap opened up for him to get through, otherwise I don't think he would have won. I didnt lay anyway
