U.S. Horse Racing

on many occasions in the last week when I have clicked to watch a US Horse race, a yellow wiggly line flashes in the middle of the screen, a line moves across the bottom on the screen, then a black screen comes up with 'ready' in the botton left of the screen and no picture. There is also a voice message saying contact your provider to use this URL - Does anybody know what is happening here? is it widespread - is it my laptop?

it happens to me on a daily basis ive joined ladbrokes its free to sign up and they show about 80% of the usa racing

same here, some races appear then next time I get a bad url message, but other tracks still work. the football has worked ok even when the us race tracks cease. I emailed Bf and they said passing it onto technical but still no reason from them.
