your are always too hard on yourself, jas

many on here would dream to have a "p1ss poor" evening like yours

your earlier selections and some of your short priced lays were awesome I thought

pulgita, we've never had a summer like this before in SW Ontario. It's been sunny and warm, little rain, virtually all summer. It's a glorious late afternoon out there as I type this.

I traded out of my lay at DEL MAR.

Don't ask me why, I just got cold feet for some reason.

I'll probably regret it, buy something's not right.

this 11 horse could also be a factor. exits a key race and has a decent string of 123's in its form figures. backed it to place small.

small stab against the front of the market with 1-2-3. all have upset chances at big prices

Traders intuition. vastly underrated TC. I always trust my gut instinct.

well said, keefter

George Soros once said, the best traders are those that can change their mind in a matter of a few minutes. I think he was right.

typical looking 12 runner 1 mile claimer on the turf over a mile coming up at Penn. I keep banging on about this but these turf races at Penn don;t half throw up some odd results. with that in mind I'm backing a few outsiders against the field. Thats if the liquidity ever picks up 2mtp and less matched than i could spend on a good night out!

Like the 1 horse at ed win and place

Got a hunch it will run better off the slop and for the step up in trip

Doesnt look like bundles of pace on here but has the ability to run well off a slower pace so either scenario I hope will suit gd luck all

first time starter the 2 for me Seagram. trainer has good stats with first timers, i like the jockey and the market speaks in its favour. not going mad though, just a small bet. GL

michael, I'm in a funny mood tonight. Please (there I used the word) start posting under michael, and forget about this nonsense. I don't know your story but I'm sure that you are not (deep down) that bad of a guy. Let's bury the hatchet, and start fresh. Life's too short mate.

And if you can believe it, I'm not a spiteful person. I donate a bunch to charity every year, bless my wife's soul who's shown me the right way,

Okay?

Pulgita, it was exiting a key race where 2 of the other 3 runners had won since. one of my least favourite stats for punting. I layed the fav for the same reason you took it on, but I couldn't have found the 5 in a million years so WD.

2 horse at pid

looks like the 4 horse could get some pace pressure I hope from the 8 and maybe the 1 horse

6 has been beaten by the 2 and suggests to me its more of a speed horse than stamina

Am banking on this 2 at 1/3 as a max place and looks a real solid win bet imo. Just cant afford to see the 4 have a real easy lead up front

Gd luck all
