at this time of night with 5 meetings on the go, does anyone get the price they want unless you are a backer or a layer of a short priced favourite.

Cheers Kirty, a little fortunate to collect on the place lay perhaps but like everyone have had loads of those go against me.
Q, very rarely would be the answer for most, think like alot have said before it pays to concentrate on the one meeting perhaps two at most and accept that you are not always going to get to play if you are determined to hold out for a preset price. One thing when picking the cards to work on you should always look at the projected off times, more chance of getting what you want if you go for the cards with the larger gap in between them, like for instance Penn tonight which sits nicely between the others. |

a couple of peanuts on No5 at Presque at 8.00+. May be on the front or close to a soft pace and the there's no superstars to close from off the pace if that happens

|
By:
place lay 1 @ penn

|

PID might have been a better example looking at what was matched and the time scheduling, also think number of runners is a big factor, fewer in the field better the liquidity as people blindly lay the short priced horses like they do generally whatever the sport.

Presque
much as 2+3 have obvious merit, they are both no bargain at the odds. As a result No5 who beat a fair field last time is overpriced at 16.00+ |
