It was a bad lay as the horse was vastly superior so on that front I can accept it. Had 5 finished 2nd over 3 though I'd be fuming.

That being said (1 being superior) looking at it again he knocked ALL of the contenders out of their stride like dominoes so who knows now.

The stewards decided although the 8 was bumped by the 1, it was deemed that the 8 was losing ground at the time so the bumping didn't cost it a higher placing.
