Having just discovered the delights of late night US racing, do they race there 12 months of the year (thinking places like California and Florida would be ok in the winter), or does everything close down there after the Breeders Cup?

it could have been considered a dumb question if DEVLIN knew the right answer but he only knew because Jas told him. So no it's not a dumb question
