Bsmith you should go to your local paper and get a journalist to take a picture of you with a disgruntled look by your notebook / PC.. then contact the supplier and say if they do not get it sorted ASAP and throw in a free notebook you will release the story and the bad press,

Should get you connected or get another supplier to come in to get you sorted..
