Was entered over the wrong trip on the back of a 2 year layoff last time, but back over 1 mile today, and has been working out well. Interesting longshot.

Apologies to Betfair staff, I know it's tough but it's unbelievably annoying when you spend half a day analysing a card and then 2 minutes before you back a horse the market is cancelled.
On another note, how the f*** did 2 take that at Holly. I was on the 4.

Late scratch. V late in fact. The announcer only mentioned it during the walk down to the gate. Betfair seemed to scratch it immediately. Maybe they've an automated system in place now. But at that point it was only 2, maybe 3 mins to the scheduled off time. The race was delayed in the end and the tote price for 4 was good so my fit was unneccessary, was quite annoying at the time though.

Betfair removed it immediately ONLY if you are watching through the web with about a minute delay. There was enough time to check the reduction on the 7 (a little over 16%) then sweep everything offered on the 2 at over 4/1, take the expected reduction and green up later laying off at 2/1. Simple really, but you better be watching through satellite and react before the BF buffoons wake up.

Ricky, where is your feed from and it's only a few seconds behind (and please don't say calracing)?
If it's a web based feed, you are anywhere between 45-60 behind, unless the laws of physics have changed and I didn't get the memo.

It's the Betfair feed. Anytime I'm watching a race, for Holly anyway, the race goes off on my feed only a few seconds after the market is suspended. I'll time it next time, see exactly. It's definitely nowhere near a minute.
