Anyone know anything about them? Said they could get me back £1,200 I'd paid in the last 12 years. Fee £240.
Alarm bells started when he asked for my bank card details. Thought they could just take it off the claim, but he said they weren't allowed to operate on a 'no win. no fee' basis.
He gave me details of the company's licence number and a government site where I could check them out, but haven't bothered, so far.
After the call, got another one 5 minutes later from a female confirming the details. Getting another one on Frday, though not sure what it's for.
There are a plethora of companies who will do this for no fee whatsoever.
Google "free ppi reclaim"
literally hundreds of companies.

Thanks. Don't understand why companies would work for nothing, though. They say they return the fee if the claim is unsuccessful. I really don't mind paying if I end up with a near 1k profit.

second type who take nothing up front (0) and only take a 25% cut of the refund.

At the risk of stating the blindingly obvious, why on earth dont you do it yourself and save a few hundred quid for the sake of writing a couple of letters?
