I received a letter today as I'm a very small holder of some Arena leisure shares. The only reeason i bought them was to try get perks like free entrance to racing etc.

This plan didn't work very well, and the shares performed badly most of the time.
I know I ain't gonna make much out of them, but could anyone, who understands this sort of thing, offer a novice a sensible way to go? I haven't got a clue, and my intention was just to hang on indefinitely.
However, the letter seems to suggest that I should be taking some course of action pretty soon. Fk knows what's going on, but I reckon there must be some sort of takeover bid in the offing.
Is just sitting tight a valid option, please/ Confused

I didn't get a response on here, but today I met a guy who has about 9K of these shares and he told me to just sit tight, and, eventually, somebody will offer a bribe/incentive/reward to sell.

No idea if this is correct, but that's what I'll do, I think.
