imo we must be nearing the bottom of the dip on all these stocks, although it is kind of like trying to catch a falling knife on some of them atm. I think this is a good time to be buying if you have any cash, loads of bargains out there. Even good old cad has taken a battering.

a small increase today, topped up on these rather than going back into snrp or cad. difficult choice now as getting to the stage of all eggs in one basket but its difficult to decide between the pro's n con's of that.

see imo, although I think cad is pretty much free money to hit 120p, the other two will do just as well in the short term, and far better in the long term. imo in a years time, cad - 120p, snrp - £1, her - 12p. long term I think snrp has the potential to go the highest, based on what we currently know about the projects. So I reckon drip feed money when you get it into both snrp and her, thats what I'm doing.

I'm rather astounded to find  Herencia topic on this prestigious site having asked advice re investing in this company 5 months ago - I was told to get involved and did so but unfortunately did so initially at 3.7p (and have since invested at 2.3 and 2.42)I have been reassured by my original "in the know bloke" that it is a fantastic investment but not for short term gain. 12 - 18 months will show the shares not be worth pennies but pounds ! (I am personally in for the long term and try not to look at the day to day fluctuations)
Best wishes and good luck all.

more drops today really tempted to go in agai, the risk to reward situation seems to me to be good, been looking on the iii forum and some great stuff posted on there.
im sure this must have the ability to hit a minimum of 10p a share within 12 months.

Just wondered if you'd seen the chat on Herencia on lse and forgive me if I'm naively suggesting a site everyone is familiar with.

Not too bad a day. Up 30.5%. Laugh

Cracking RNS, and there are a few more announcements to come over the coming days/weeks. Look out for the La Rosa update, because the pyritic shell that they are talking about could be the motherlode. Was a good decision to top up a week or so ago I think. Blush

Bought in on Monday at 2.36p. Great rise today with plenty more to come hopefully. Whippet are you in XTR? They look cheap right now. RRL is also cheap and should get back in the 20s soon enough.

Advice always welcome - is it worth lumping on now with view to long term investment cos mate reckons Herencia is excellent company with good long term prospects....or will shares always be worth pence.
(I keep buying few thousand shares hoping to retire early !!)

Based on what is currently planned I think it is quite unlikely it will ever be worth pounds, unless metal prices absolutely take off over the next few years (could happen). But 50p is a real possibility I reckon, so definitely worth lumping on. I think we would have to either strike a massive motherlode at one of the current projects, or venture into some other projects in order for the price to ever be in the pounds. It is difficult to say really what plan the company has going forward regarding new projects, so impossible to say.

Patricia would possibly be worth 27p on it's own, at high metal prices (e.g Silver $75), and with the current amount of resources doubled. (see spreadsheet at http://www.herencia-research.info/financial). Patricia seems the biggest prospect of all of them at the moment, but some of the drilling results may surprise us (that pyrtic shell at la rosa could be a big one), plus we may enter into some other projects which could futher boost it.

LSE site has them at 3.11 thats all that counts imo.

When: 28 May 11 13:38
looking at lse there are quite a lot of delayed trades at 4:57pm, at 2.67, but everything traded just before close was at 3.11, and there is another delayed trade at after close at 3.10. google finance showing a big delayed trade at 2.26pm, at 2.55p, when price was at 3.0p, so would take some of these things with a pinch of salt.

Are these only trade-able over the phone?

Went through the whole rigmarole of setting up an a/c with iii and then found they can only be bought over the phone. Is this the case with all brokers and penny shares/ HER?

td waterhouse can deal online.

I think this has to be very good value at current prices. In fact most AIM resources shares are dirt cheap atm; most have lost 25-50% since January. Minimal downside from here and plenty of upside, therefore huge value.

How bizare.

The whole process of opening an account with iii has taken from last Friday until yesterday (obv a bank holiday in between). Once the account was eventually opened which required loads of phone calls as I never recieved a letter, I went to buy HER @ 2.60 and was referred to phone traders.

I will try HL as iii have been next to useless tbh. Thanks for your input guys, prob a big hurdle to the average joe buying HER is the whole charade of setting up accounts etc. Never had any such problems with CAD through Saxo, limit order, bumph, done.

When: 05 Jun 11 12:58
I had no problems with iii, a couple of times the message came up about reference to phone traders but that could simply be because there were none available (or fewer than at the price you specified) at the exact moment you confirmed it.

Got confirmation emailed to me straight away, would happily use them again.

there is news about patricia/doris/la rosa drilling due by mid june, plus there is an AGM on thursday, so I'm guessing people are buying in in anticipation of that.

There is talk by pro geologists over on the iii board that todays RNS indicates that there is 22 million ounces of silver in that vein alone. Plus 5.9% Zinc and 2.6%. It seems highly probable that Patricia's resource estimate will be at least doubled by the results in November. That is before you even count whats at doris/la rosa (it is starting to look like all are inter connected). If the patricia resource doubles then we will be trading at 6p by november based on that alone, and significantly higher based on what the doris/la rosa JORC says. Start accumulating these heavily over the next 5 months because that is when the rocket will be taking off imo.
