want to sell my shop and flat

i have a betting shop in north scotland,being open 3 years.i have a silent partner but not so silent lol.the flat is upstairs.if somebody took it on worked like a dog would make 50k a year.cant handle it anymore.i know it is a bad time to sell anything.any ideas for me please

my partner is a mare.i would love to do it myself but my wife would never see me.would have to do it all myself get girl in on a sat no life ok if i was single

about 2500 a week but could get that to 2000 a week work your self.i get 2k a month my mate gets 1300 in hand a month.sis is 1500 month,turf700,machines 700,rent 1000,license for fobts 400month,couple other thing all adds up mental
