Weekly Decay

Am I alone in thinking that the weekly decay is unfair, racing has been decimated by the weather over the last tree weeks yet Betfair still keep on deducting points, or should we be backing donkeys South African racing etc... Get real Betfair I have been a customer since the beginning and think you take advantage of your loyal customers. How about some loyalty points for long standing clients
