I have signed up to them but not used them and so still have £200 in the account. Are they still good value for money with regards to charges etc?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Pretty good I'd say. They don't have an inactivity charge for starters. TD Waterhouse do, or at least certainly used to.

Some charge a little less for dealing, but they are a pretty decent company imo.
