Good afternoon everyone. With all thats going on in the markets I personally feel its time to invest in property overseas. Having looked mainly at Asia, I must say Malaysia is definate a place worth investing in property, if not to move. They have similar government set-up, as they used to be ruled by the Brits. Their economy is stable and unemployment is low. You can achieve a good 5% annual capital growth and rental yield is up to 9% which is pretty decent if you ask me.
our company just bough a 2 story 3 bedroom house in Jahor for 400,000 ringgit.. cheaper to house customers there than in Singapore and closer to factory.. Couldnt be bad to that...and only 15 mins from Singapore border
