Estate Agents advice needed

Anybody know who to go to with complaints re an 'Estate Agent' who had my house up for sale for 7 months..had 1 viewer...then when i decide to bin him...he says 600 please!

Any regulating body to go to?

claim £600?

just keep your house on the market but don't sell it and don't allow any viewings....do not give them any money

What does the contract say? Why stick with the same agent for so long? Is the asking price bonkers?
