Anyone any opinions on whether they've maybe been a bit oversold?

No rush at all IMO.
The fall in the market cap is about £14 billion (12%)
But the market has been a bit weak anyway so call that £9 billion (8%)
Maybe the cleanup and compensation costs will be about £4 billion.
So looks like a slight overreaction by about 4%, but you also have to consider the reputational damage.
I think you shoudlk be looking for 540p before you start to think it is a big overeation enough to buy.
