please excuse my ignorance, i dont proclaim to be an expert on financial matters of any sort.
at the moment my investments are circa:
40% in betfair balance which is required to get a £20 k per annum income from
20% stocks and shares isa
20% cash isa
20% 5 year 5% fixed rate bond (90 days loss of interest for early redemption)
would it be a good idea to cash the isas and bond in and invest in a BTL?
