Will this be sufficient for a mortgage or will be look at ALL your bank accounts rather than your main current one with salary and outgoings?

Not only do I not understand your forum name , but I have not a clue what that sentence is asking!!

I will guess... And no! banks will not want to know anything about gambling winnings! They may be concerned about losses though. If possible never use your current account for gambling transactions. Underwriters hate it!

hutyee,

I got a mortgage a while back purely based on my Betfair winnings.

I got Betfair to forward a statement for the previous 3 years to my accountant, who then signed the mortgage lender's form to say that I was earning £X p.a. This was in about 2006, though, so I imagine things might be a bit tougher nowadays.

Spot on, you will not be asked for ALL bank accounts, just the one you pay wages and bills from. You have done everything right.

Not all lenders will ask for bank statements! If worried just apply to one of them
