If a business is headed for bankruptcy and someone lends it enough money to pay off its creditors, that doesn't mean that the business is now sound. It may continue to trade, but it will eventually go bust with even bigger debts than if it had been allowed to fail in the first place. Hope this helps.

They have along way to go before ratios are any way near back to normal. The bumper profits are due to a large extent dependent on creative accounting as they are not marking their assets to a true market value.
