Chinese property in Shanghai area..
Govt reasonably controls price levels so estate agents cant do you.. The young are not spending presently, Shanghai Disney is on the way, and chinaa is wealthy and will be the first to fly again. |

Trust me , no value in Japan.. Singapore bigger outlay , but about 6 months to buy, then will have recovered until value gone on proprty side.. My company just bought a 3 bedroom house in Jahor Baru for 80,000 usd.. 20 minute drive from Singapore, cuts out all the hotel costs for customers.. but need to have registered company in Malaysia to buy there. but cant really loose.
China bubble of course, but Shanghai isnt. |
