The collapse of the Greek banking system may be the final straw and pull the Europe economies into a double dip recession.

There is Over 10 Billion Euro`s banked in Cyprus (Greek side) by Russians, over 100,000 visited as Tourist`s recently.
Now they are looking at the North (Turkish side) they Dont need a Visa.
