Well bedsit to be fair. can't believe how cheap it is. less than 10 mins walk from the train station, and 30 mins on a train to central london. unbelievable.

How much does it cost to put in a wc and a couple of basins? one grand?

I've organised a viewing for tomorrow, could put maybe 10k down and if i got work contracting could buy the whole fkin thing in one year. a mortgage would only be 110ish a month.

Anyone know of any potential sticking points?

1. High maintenance/ground rent etc
2. living next door to undesirables/junkies/dealers etc i used to live on down's road, (in fact someone once threatened to slice my neck there) and it wasn't brilliant, but it certainly wasn't the worst - nothing like marsh farm or hackney.
3. might've overstretched myself here, 1 and 2 are the only concerns i have atm.
