Higgy's Boy put 2 poor efforts behind him when third at Sandown 12 months ago, but looked hard work in doing so. Well held on next 2 runs and opposable on first start since leaving Nicky Henderson.

Beidh Tine Anseo was useful on the flat for Jim Bolger and really got his act together over hurdles early last term, winning 3 times. Shaped nicely on return from a break last month and leading claims. Cheekpieces back on.

King Fingal got off mark in this sphere when beating a couple of useful yardsticks over C&D in January. Good second at Market Rasen in April but not seen since flopping on the flat the following month.

Gentleman Jeff landed a maiden hurdle in first-time blinkers at Kilbeggan last September for Dermot Weld before joining current yard. Not repeated that form, and only in mid-field in void race last month.

Toshi needed the drop to selling company to regain the winning thread at Perth in June. Similar form when fourth of 10 in Stratford handicap next time but well held latest and others stronger.

Grand Diamond won at Kelso last October and good second at Perth in July. Not at best on latest hurdling effort but cheekpieces back on this time and not on a bad mark.

Aggravation improved on previous hurdling efforts when scoring at Market Rasen (17f) in early-2010/11. Best run for some time when fourth at Kelso last month but needs to step up on that to take this.

Golden Future was a clear-cut winner of 17f handicap at Sedgefield in June 2010. Back to best when second at Wetherby last week and strong claims despite being 2 lb out of the weights.

Timeform 1-2-3:
1. Beidh Tine Anseo
2. Golden Future
3. Grand Diamond

Timeform View: Beidh Tine Anseo should be ideally suited by this sharp 2m, is still on a fair mark and can return to winning ways at the main expense of Golden Future and Grand Diamond.
