My understanding is it's the providers with their computers and raw pictures on the grounds but behind the scenes ! Quite a few different companies will be at the site with the raw feeds.

Cerundolo chose to receive first, smart when you're the third best best returner of the last 52 weeks, not so smart when you realise those stats are clay dominated and that it's baking hot, so the balls will fly through the air more than usual coming from a good server on grass.
