Doubt it has anything to do with the expert fee. But it does get more dead every year with every person leaving/getting banned leaving a big dent in the activity here.

More of Carlos mixing and being supreme, though Fonseca definitely didn't hit the same levels (though of course that could be not getting the rhythm/momentum from Carlos' shot)
