We do have a winner! Snowywoon fought hard, fought tough to defend their crown, but it was our historically fourth most successful contestant, wisewords, that added to their tally. With the title he charges to eight victories and is only one title away from drawing level with third place.
It also ends a drought that had started after an incredibly successful 2022 campaign for wisewords. A year in which our winner had collected three of their seven trophies up to this point. Including a triumph at the 2022 Australian Open Women's Singles. Well done and congratulations, wisewords! |

Well done wisewords,he outfoxed me .I knew he more or less had to pick Badosa ,so I picked Gauff to force a result really,though I never back her as think she's overrated.I even backed Badosa at 33s in the outright after making my pick! Anyway,well done again and thanks to Edy for the organising.

Thank you for the kind words, and thanks to edy for running the competition. I didn't realise I hadn't won since 2022, but hallelujah the drought is broken. Let's see if I can win all 4 women's tournaments in 2025
