One of Kudermetova/Alexandrova called dips on the brain cell today first.

What do they need it for? They're out of the tournament.
|
|
By:
Both play doubles today. Kudermetova in particular takes her doubles very seriously, so she is the primary suspect here.
|

someone's suffering from IJBABP out there this morning. Or maybe just fatigued from playing again after a long one yesterday.

starting to feel pretty good about Cobolli. Needs to learn how not to choke, put pushing both Rune and Ruud so hard within weeks and also beating MedjedevDjokovic makes me hopeful for a top 20 ranking and a clay title at leat.

Also lost to Nagal and Nadal by the same score in back to back events, which is really stylish.

medicine has come so far. they can even do brain cell transplants mid match these days.

Olga with the Batista celebration as she wins the 2nd set.

Mariia Tkacheva has played three matches this week and three times no odds have been offered. The only matches to suffer that fate.
https://www.tennisexplorer.com/player/tkacheva/ Her match today is also missing from the exchange and nando's (don't know about the other two match this week). From a quick check, her matches in previous tournaments also already had fewer books offer odds for her matches than there were books willing to offer odds for the other matches of the tournaments. |

on this note, has match fixing, at least notable stuff, disappeared from the Challenger scene lately? It's been quite a while since I heard about anything.
|
|
By:
I was 15 seconds away from picking Samsonova today, then remembered EC beat BHM here and figured she might be in good form. Bullet dodged.

Bit sad that there are multiple players where books feel they are justified to limit their offerings, most likely due to dodgy things going on, but there isn't enough to actually get a suspension. Then it gets more curious when those same books routinely offer one of those players when stepping up to at least WTA125 level.
SamuelMertensBertens • May 31, 2024 11:44 AM BST on this note, has match fixing, at least notable stuff, disappeared from the Challenger scene lately? It's been quite a while since I heard about anything. Yes, the times of the fixing syndicates deciding to create situations of "Oh hey look, dude just won the first set and is now odds of 5 after he started the match as 1.1 prematch favourite. That's a bit curious. I didn't notice any injury." seem to be over. There have probably been some visible ones, but the latest one that personally comes to mind that was so excruciatingly notable is from the end of 2019. |

Can't believe they do not know the first quote. That was so easy.

German commentator just mentioned Samsonova having to play on back to back days as a reason she lost today.
.....Woman won 2 and 1 yesterday. ![]() |

seeing the name Tseng in me Betfair matches. I remember hype and making top 100, but he seems to have regressed.
|
|
By:
you said Germany had GOOD commentators.
|
|
By:
pretty sure EC did also not finish her match on Wednesday.
|
|
By:
Tseng was plagued by a lot of knee trouble last season if I remember correctly.

Morgado says it's raining.

would be brutal if they have to interrupt this match.

German commentator also said it's raining, but they aren't even bothering with closing the roof on the Coco court because it will be over in a breeze.

some good matches today, Leyla/Jabba, Tauson/Kenin and even Iga/BoozeCruise, think she can give her a game, she will lose but she'll give her a game. Hoping Felix the cat can knock out that mug Shelton even though he was one of my future ATP slam winners, has a on-court demeanour and personality only a mother could warm to, don't think Korda will offer much against Alcatrash.
