Sad to hear of the passing of Bill Scanlon. Bill was an NCAA champ at Trinity, a top-10 pro player w 7 career titles and an author. Plus, the only player to win a golden set at tour level. #RIP  |

I know they fined Tomic while that was ongoing, but haven't seen anything since. Or are they just being nice while we're still in a pandemic? |

also, I don't always prephase with my entire thought process but here it was something like.
"Ok, so obviously Barty won't get fined here since it was R2. But she didn't come in to this tournament fully fit, so what would have happened if she retired in R1? On that note, have there been any fines since the Tatishvili case. We have seen some very onesided defeats (Gasparyan here) since Tatishvili/Tomic back in 2019 and none have been met with a fine." |
