Some times these things are precautional where they're fine for now but feel there might be an issue in the next half hour/hour.

Djokovic has only lost three times from match point up in his career:

2007 Rotterdam (Youzhny)
2009 Madrid (Nadal)
2018 Queen’s (Cilic)

Never happened in a Grand Slam

he's injured, he's had neck and shoulder problems, not shouting or getting angry or anything, because he knows it's pointless as geeing himself up wont east physical problems.

I mean if he is carrying an injury, and has had a harder semi-final, he'll be up against it.

Anyway, best of the four semi finals by a country mile.
Let's hope we get two finals that match up and exceed tonight's standard.

Novak will probably retire in the final to save face, he's not himself, old Novak would never have lost 2 sets to Tsitsipas, commies saying how well the Greek played but the truth is he was allowed to.

Nadal has spent 13 hours and 13 minutes of court this slam, going for his 13th French OpenExcited

Only two people have retired in Grand Slam finals in the open era.
I do not expect a third this weekend Happy

Somebody please teach Schett and Wilander how to pronounce Iga's surname. It's NOT Swątek. Actually, "swąd" in Polish means "stink".

Sad
Barbara should know better. Can't be fun for when NZ commentators pronounce her name.

There is this wonderful thing called the internet, you may have heard of it. Happy

Both in Australia, one man, one woman.

1990 Ivan Lendl    v. Stefan Edberg  4–6, 7–6, 5–2 retired
2006 Amélie Mauresmo v. Justine Henin  6–1, 2–0 retired

PS I do hope that you are older than 14, if not you could be in trouble with our lords and masters here on the forum  Shocked

I have, I thought you had some good knowledge, turns out it's second handMischief

I remember the Henin one, vaguely also remember she was booed by the crowd because they felt she was denying Mauresmo her winning moment.
By:

Henin was indeed booed.

However, in a twist of fate, Mauresmo and Henin were to meet in the Wimbledon final just six months later.
On this occasion, there were no retirements, Justine battling to the end, but losing to Amélie in three sets 2–6, 6–3, 6–4.

What a story Excited
