man it was so crappy earlier. did some research and backed a horse at 5.5ish which I thought had a strong chance of winning. set a green out at 1.03 incase it got owned on the line or something, then went to make food. came back 30 mins later hoping to see it had won. the race had just ended. horse had ran the perfect race, and as it charged into the lead as they approached the final half furlong of the race, the jockey lost control of it and it veered wildly to the left into another horse/hampering another horse (that it was in the process of easily overtaking). it crashed into this horse, but then the jock sorta recovered him in the final 40 yards or so. he got beaten just before the line, finished 2nd. was DQ'd to 3rd after an enquiry into the wild move in deep stretch. horse had traded 1.08 inplay before all that carnage.

it's that battle between setting a green out at say 1.2 and feeling like you're wasting profit when it wins easily, and setting a green out at 1.03 or 1.04 and it comes so close to winning but then fails
