That's exactly what it was. The anger probably worked in his favour, pumped him up even more.

Almost certainly Rafa will play doubles next to either Granollers or Lopez in that scenario. He did in the previous ties to get Spain into the final. No reason to believe he wouldn't do today if he doesn't have two broken legs.
