I just find it peculiar that Nick the rebel is playing along, but either he is being paid very well or he has great respect for Federer and McEnroe.

the link I posted was deleted, but it was of Fabio's coach pretending to be super duper excited about Thiem's win and jumping into Fabio's arms backstage, and Fabio doing a very moderate victory gesture but not being anywere near as excited as his coach.
